Living Area

The heart of the home is a large and bright living area, where floor-to-ceiling windows open onto sweeping views of the mountains and the town below. High ceilings with exposed wooden beams enhance the sense of space, while multiple seating areas create a warm and inviting environment for relaxing together.

A loft-style mezzanine (mansarda) overlooks the living room, adding an additional cosy sleeping or relaxation area, with the possibility of accommodating an extra bed.

Dining & Kitchen Area

Adjacent to the living space, the dining area enjoys the same spectacular views, with a large table positioned to take in the surrounding landscape. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern comforts and is designed for both practicality and ease, allowing guests to enjoy everything from simple breakfasts to shared dinners.

Sleeping Quarters

The chalet features five bedrooms, thoughtfully arranged to offer flexibility and comfort for different group configurations.

The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a refined, cosy atmosphere. A second bedroom offers a single bed with its own en-suite bathroom, while another room features two single beds. There is also a bedroom with a set of bunk beds, ideal for younger guests, and an additional single bedroom.

The mezzanine level provides an extra sleeping possibility, making the home particularly well-suited for larger groups or families travelling together.

Bathrooms are distributed throughout the apartment, ensuring both comfort and privacy.

Outdoor Spaces

A private terrace extends the living space outdoors, complete with a dining table for enjoying meals in the open air. From here, the views stretch across the iconic Tofane peaks and the centre of Cortina, creating a truly unique alpine setting.
