Entrance & Ground Floor

The original entrance of the house has been carefully preserved, featuring the historic wooden door and a steep staircase dating back over 100 years. No longer in use, this space remains as a quiet architectural presence, a reminder of the farmhouse’s past. On this level, two double bedrooms are set within the original structure, offering a more intimate and grounded atmosphere.

Living Area

Upstairs, the house opens into its main living space, where natural materials and soft light define the atmosphere. The interiors feel warm and authentic, with carefully curated elements that respect the character of the house. Large windows overlook the garden, allowing light to move gently through the space and creating a constant connection with the outdoors.

Dining & Kitchen Area

The kitchen retains much of its original character, blending preserved features with a simple, timeless aesthetic. It opens onto a dining area centred around a large table, designed for shared meals and relaxed moments. The space is understated and welcoming, where tradition and everyday living come together naturally.

Sleeping Quarters

The chalet offers five double bedrooms, each with its own distinct character, conceived as a dialogue between history, material and contemporary comfort. Spaces unfold across different levels of the house, from more intimate rooms rooted in the original ground-floor structure to lighter, upper-level rooms defined by natural light and open views.
Each bedroom is furnished with a large double bed in Swiss pine and features a private bathroom with both a shower and a freestanding bathtub, creating an atmosphere of quiet relaxation and refined simplicity.
Some rooms preserve original elements such as larch-wood panelling, historic colour tones and decorative details, while others reveal more raw surfaces, textured walls and traces of the building’s past. Selected artworks and carefully curated furniture complete each space, giving every room a unique identity.
On the upper floor, a secluded room with horizontal wood panelling opens onto a private balcony, where views extend over the village and surrounding mountains. On the lower level, rooms connected to the former kitchen and service areas retain a more tactile and authentic character, with exposed materials and layered textures.
Throughout the house, the balance between restoration and preservation creates a series of spaces that feel both timeless and deeply connected to their alpine context.

Outdoor Spaces

At the back of the house, a private garden extends the living space outdoors. A wooden terrace with a seating area offers a quiet place to relax, surrounded by greenery and traditional alpine architecture.
The setting is ideal for al fresco dining during the warmer months, where long, slow evenings can unfold in a simple and intimate atmosphere. Overlooking the village and the surrounding landscape, the garden reflects the same understated and authentic spirit of the house.
