Living Area

The villa unfolds across three floors, offering generous spaces designed for both gathering and privacy. At its heart is a large, open-plan living area composed of different sitting zones, creating a relaxed and versatile atmosphere. Floor-to-ceiling windows flood the space with natural light and open onto panoramic views of the mountains and the surrounding garden.

Dining & Kitchen 

The dining area is defined by a large communal table with benches, creating a warm and convivial setting for shared meals. Art pieces are thoughtfully placed throughout the space, adding character and a sense of curated authenticity. Large windows accompany both the dining and living areas, filling them with natural light and offering continuous views over the garden and surrounding mountains.

The fully equipped kitchen, located on the ground floor, provides all modern comforts and is seamlessly connected to the dining area, making it ideal for both everyday living and shared moments.

Stube

A traditional stube — once the warm heart of alpine homes — offers an intimate and cosy retreat. Centred around the original stove, it is the perfect setting for quiet evenings, with an additional table and sitting area ideal for board games, reading or relaxed conversations.

Sleeping Quarters

The sleeping areas are distributed across the three levels, ensuring comfort and flexibility for families and larger groups.
On the lower ground floor, a private tavern-style suite with fireplace and en-suite bathroom offers a secluded and atmospheric retreat. This level also includes a dedicated ski room.
On the ground floor, two bedrooms provide comfortable accommodation, including one with twin beds and one with a king-size bed, served by two bathrooms.
The first floor hosts the remaining bedrooms, with a mix of configurations designed for flexibility: rooms with single beds, a bunk-bed room, and several king-size bedrooms, all complemented by bathrooms. The generous layout allows both shared living and individual privacy.

Outdoor Spaces

Outside, the villa opens onto a large garden surrounded by nature, with terraces and balconies extending the living spaces outdoors. A generous al fresco dining area invites long lunches in the sun and relaxed evenings in the open air, making the house ideal for families or larger groups seeking space, comfort and connection with the landscape.
