Luxury, to us, is not about more. It is about knowing what matters.
Our promise is simple: every stay should feel personal.
Thoughtful hospitality – Deep local roots – A more meaningful stay
We open the doors to places we truly know, homes shaped by altitude, tradition and a deep respect for the land.
We take care of the details, so you do not have to think about them.
Through long-standing relationships with local owners, we offer access to exceptional homes and experiences, rarely found, never mass market.
Each chalet is selected personally, not only for its design but for its soul, where craftsmanship, comfort and atmosphere come together in harmony.
Authentic, personal and rooted in the real Dolomites. Far from crowds, closer to what truly matters.
We are Francesca and Roberto.
We started Savoring Slowly out of a profound connection with the Dolomites: a place we know very well, care about and return to again and again. Over time, we moved away from the obvious. The places that feel designed for everyone rarely feel right to us.
Instead, we built close relationships with local owners, discovering homes with a real sense of identity, places shaped by their surroundings, their history and the people behind them.
These are places close to us not just for how they look but for the people, the stories and the connections behind them. We want you to experience the Dolomites in the same way we do: through its quieter, more authentic side, away from the beaten path. We open the doors to places you wouldn’t normally find.
We share a collection of stays and experiences we genuinely believe in and guide you toward what fits you best.
From the moment you start planning to the time you leave, we are there – shaping each stay with you, taking care of the details and making sure everything flows as it should.
This, of course, is not about volume. It about knowing where to look. Give yourself the time and space to explore, to admire and to reconnect with what means the most to you.
Our way is simple.
We believe in fewer places, chosen better.
In depth, not volume. In relationships, not transactions.
And in the idea that the right place can change how you experience everything.
